Sophie Buhai accepts returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Package Your Item
Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded pouch and box, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our Los Angeles studio, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
